Who We Are

Loan Solutions, LLC ("Loan Solutions") is a Florida Limited Liability Company that was formed by two professionals with extensive knowledge of the process by which residential real estate loans are reviewed, approved and modified.

We use approximately thirty consultants and employees who utilize their in-depth experience and a vast technology infrastructure to effectively communicate with lenders.

Loan Solutions focuses exclusively on providing quality service to those clients who need resolutions of their mortgage delinquencies, including providing an in-depth analysis of the particular circumstances of each loan, obtaining new, affordable monthly payments, or alternatively devising an exit strategy that minimizes the adverse effects of late payments/and or foreclosure proceedings.
